What you get

When you buy a plan set you receive a personal, non exclusive license from Aframe Creators to use the drawings and files to build one home on one site.

What you can do

Print the drawings, share them with your engineer, builder, suppliers and permit office for that one home, and have your engineer adapt them to your site and local code.

What stays with us

The copyright in the drawings and the images remains with Aframe Creators. Building a second home, reselling, publishing or sharing the files with anyone not working on your home requires a new license.

Your engineer

The plans are a design package. Before construction, a licensed professional where you build reviews the structure and stamps it for your permit, and you follow local building rules.
