What we collect

When you buy, our merchant of record processes your name, email, billing details and payment; we receive your name, email and order details to deliver the files and support you. When you use the A frame Studio, we process the designs you create and, if you give it, your email. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address to serve and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

To learn which pages and plans people find useful and to keep improving the site, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec, analytics cookies start only after you accept. Elsewhere they run by default and you can turn them off at any time. Marketing cookies start only after you accept, everywhere, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal for them.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google and Microsoft may process this data outside the European Union, under the safeguards in their terms.

Why

To deliver your order and support you (contract), to keep records required by law (legal obligation), to protect the site (legitimate interest), and to measure and improve the site (your consent, where the law requires it). We do not sell personal data.

How long

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Studio designs linked to your email are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, by writing to us. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP.
