Who you buy from

The plans are created and licensed by S.C. AFRAME CREATORS S.R.L., CUI 50708659, Reg. Com. J2024031517009, Sat Macea, Com. Macea, Nr. 897, Jud. Arad, 317210, Romania. Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller; its buyer terms apply to the payment.

The product

A plan set is a digital design package: drawings, room schedule and images, delivered as downloadable files and licensed under our Plan license. Images are artist impressions. The drawings do not carry an engineer stamp; your local engineer reviews the structure and stamps it for your permit, and confirms compliance with the codes where you build.

Immediate delivery

Plan sets are digital files, delivered by email at no extra cost: right after payment you receive the order confirmation with a button to download your plan set, and the files stay in your Polar customer portal.

Files are delivered right after payment. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the download starts, the 14 day withdrawal right for digital content no longer applies where the law allows this. Our refund policy still applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
